GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

11:30 am - Punch   12:00 - Lunch

The business luncheon will include the accountant's report for the Club's fiscal year presented by the accounting firm of Long, Cook and Samsa, Inc. Informative trustees' committee reports, unit reports, election of the Nominationg Committee and other important business.

Three senior members will be elected to serve on the Nominating Committee. Consent to serve must be obtained from each memberbefore her name is presented. No person shall serve on the committee for more than two consecutive years.
